Headpieces will be sent to clients at least 2 days before their hire date via special delivery.
Headpieces must be returned by the client in the same condition as received and in the original packaging provided - any concerns please get in touch. Items must be posted back to Lulu Bloom Millinery the next working day after the date a piece is hired for.
In the event of damage or lost items the full sales price will be charged to the client unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Lulu Bloom Millinery.
Clients are responsible for delivery costs. In person collection is available via prior arrangement of a time and date.
